The Zephyr® G3 NGS Workstation is a benchtop liquid handler designed to automate preparation of libraries for next generation sequencing and address clinical requirements for the physical separation of pre-and post-PCR processes. The simplified user-interface and integrated hardware maximized laboratory productivity while reducing variability resulting from manual pipetting steps.

Post PCR Processing – the Zephyr G3 Next Generation Sequencing Workstation was developed to meet the needs of the growing number of laboratories with clinical requirements to separate automation of pre- and post-PCR properties. The Zephyr G3 NGS Workstation provides pre-programmed methods for the post-PCR processing steps of library construction including:

  • Post PCR SPRI Purification
  • qPCR Setup (96 or 384 Well)
  • LabChip GX Plate Transfer
  • Volume and/or Concentration Normalization (based on qPCR or LabChip GX Results)
  • Indexed Library Pooling

General Library Construction – additionally, the Zephyr G3 NGS Workstation can be used for high-throughput processing of anywhere from 8-96 samples, through the steps required for Next Generation Sequencing Library Construction.
